Affected were Pinboard, Instapaper and others.

The services are sort of back up, check the sites themselves for details. The FBI has declined to comment, leaving only speculation as to who they were targeting and why they thought it necessary to remove entire racks that housed multiple sites rather than just individual servers. My guess on the latter is they have no clue about this kind of technology and we should probably be happy they didn’t seize the entire facility.
