Heineken’s new “beer” proves they’re out of ideas

As the sales numbers for bland, fizzy lagers continue to decline, Heineken proves it has no idea for what makes for a good beer by developing the Dos-A-Rita, a so-called “lager margarita”.

Apparently, they looked at the increasing market share of craft beers and determined that what they needed wasn’t more beer flavor, but more “not-beer” flavor. In that they seem to have succeeded, at least according to the article.
