There is no shortage of skilled tech workers in the US

Despite the whining, finger pointing and calls for more visas for foreign tech workers, the fault for the so-called “skills gap” lies with hiring companies themselves, not the workers. It’s not just because they won’t pay enough, either, but includes expectations of entry-level workers with three years of experience.
