The judge in Kodak’s bankruptcy case basically told them to sue Apple so Kodak is doing just that, claiming interference in patent sales. Apple is, of course, a co-developer/owner/potential purchaser of those patents so if you can figure out how this should be settled you’re way ahead of me.
