Apple’s new iBooks Author EULA

Less than 24 hours after Apple made their electronic textbooks announcement, it’s already been pointed out that the license agreement for the iBooks Author tool requires you to sell through the App Store if your book isn’t free but allows you to distribute free books anyway you want. This is a departure from the license agreement for iOS apps built in Xcode, which actually force you to use the App Store even if you’re giving the app away.
