For all the advances the net has given us, it also has its dark side. All you have to do is look at the comments on news sites or on YouTube. There’s something about the anonymity of the net that seems to bring out the worst in us. But it’s not always anonymous. Sometimes it doesn’t bother to hide the names and the results can be tragic and deadly.
The two people who posted that video will be punished, I’m sure, with all the force the law allows in such cases. Which isn’t much. And it won’t bring Tyler Clementi back.
