Bunnie Huang is a blogger who works for the company that makes the chumby, an internet audio and video device that he designed. While he was in China overseeing manufacturing of the device, a large number began to fail quality checks that were traced to their MicroSD memory cards. Specifically, they were traced to Kingston MicroSD devices with odd-looking markings. His investigation turned up a lot of interesting and worrisome information about Kingston and the MicroSD card market in particular and Chinese manufacturing in general.
