Xerox 214 Digital Copier

Back in the late 1990s I was involved in the mak­ing of the Xerox 214 Dig­i­tal Copier. Today I found out that the man­u­fac­tur­ing line that makes the toner car­tridges is finally shut­ting down after almost 13 years of oper­a­tion. That’s a lot of toner cartridges.

It was bit­ter­sweet to be reminded of a time when I was doing some­thing of value.
