Aliens can’t hear us, says astronomer

Aliens can’t hear us, says astronomer. Wrong. While commercial broadcasting may be reliant on satellites and digital, there are still plenty of non-digital signals being sent out of the atmosphere by amateur radio operators. Of course, amateurs don’t broadcast so it will be harder to detect and lock onto, but there’s still RF heading out into space.
