Too secret
The NSA’s surveillance program was so secret those who could have used its output were unaware of its existence.
What I just don’t understand is how the same people who are in a panic that Obama is somehow going to “take away their guns” don’t seem to care how Bush spied on them for almost 8 years. I guess some Constitutional rights are more important than others.
