The FDA has begun to further restrict the painkiller Acetaminophen due to issues with liver damage. It’s not that it’s dangerous in normal dosages but that it’s in so many products that accidental overdosage is far too easy. The danger is worse when combined with alcohol so don’t take it for a hangover (or to prevent one).
