PAETEC, the com­pany that stopped pay­ing to have its name on the unnec­es­sary soc­cer sta­dium and is build­ing a 30 10-story head­quar­ters on the Mid­town Plaza site is report­ing $487 mil­lion in losses along with a grow­ing moun­tain of debt. The talk is no longer about whether they will build a new build­ing but whether they can sur­vive at all.
