Pew survey shows online news overtaking print in the US

In a trend that reflects what’s hap­pened to me, a Pew sur­vey shows online news is over­tak­ing print news in the US. The result­ing decline in read­er­ship has impacted adver­tis­ing rev­enues which in turn has caused news­pa­pers to cut back on con­tent. It’s a death spi­ral that they’re unlikely to pull out of.
