Golly, a study has found that 3% of the visa petitions for U.S. employers to bring in skilled foreign workers are fraudulent. It’s hard to imagine, but companies would rather commit fraud than spend the extra money to hire US citizens. But don’t worry, Bill Gates is on your side.
