Firefox 3 officially released but you may have trouble downloading it. The Mozilla folks were hoping to set a single-day download record but neglected to provide sufficient infrastructure to handle the demand.
It’s supposed to be better on resource usage than previous versions and faster on OS X, if that’s important for you. Expect the usual extension/theme issues as third-party developers play catch up (most of the commonly used ones should be ready to go, of course).
