Virtual Fence’ Along Border To Be Delayed

It looks like the ‘vir­tual fence’ that DHS wanted along the Mex­i­can bor­der is seri­ously flawed and delayed. Boe­ing, the main con­trac­tor, seems to have bowed to pres­sure from Dubya & Co. to deliver early and cut a few too many cor­ners. At this point, no one is sure what the final cost will be.
