A state Supreme Court judge
has ruled that the city must repay the $40 million ferry loan
which is another way of saying the taxpayers have to. A local businessman had attempted to show that the city had no legal right to assume the debt in the first place.

Hey, Bill Johnson! You’re all about metro government and stuff, would metro government have prevented you from making the ferry deal?
