I had a strange problem with a WordPress plugin that was disabling comments across the board. I deactivated that plugin and comments should work again.

City Council overrides Duffy veto on Rural/Metro
Monroe Ambulance was the bid winner, Mayor Duffy selected them, City Council voted for their rival, Mayor Duffy vetoed that vote, now City Council has overridden that veto. Expect lots of court action before this is over.
