(Un)Happy Ice

Noth­ing like an ele­va­tor acci­dent that injures two work­ers to expose the fact that you haven’t had a proper inspec­tion done in two years. Since it’s believed that the ele­va­tor wasn’t actu­ally defec­tive (despite the inspec­tion irreg­u­lar­i­ties) that prob­a­bly means it was over­loaded or the load was improp­erly dis­trib­uted, which implies the employ­ees were not ade­quately trained. OSHA is going to be all over Happy Ice, guaranteed.
