A baseball player answers his fan mail 15 years later

For­mer Phillies relief pitcher Don Car­man found a box of 250 fan let­ters that he had received back in 1991 but never answered. Instead of just throw­ing them out, he per­son­ally answered every sin­gle one of them. A bit­ter­sweet reminder of what base­ball used to be.
