If you’re a US miner, you have to won­der if the Sago air pack mal­func­tions were an iso­lated inci­dent, evi­dence that the air packs are unre­li­able or the result of inad­e­quate train­ing. I have an inher­ent mis­trust of the com­pany run­ning Sago based on their hor­ri­ble emer­gency inci­dent man­age­ment so I’m chos­ing to be scep­ti­cal until every­thing is fully investigated.
