Cof­fee is full of anti-oxidants, more than even fruits like cran­ber­ries, apples or toma­toes. Which doesn’t mean you don’t have to eat them, since they con­tain more than just anti-oxidants.

Since this comes almost on the heels of the announce­ment that cocoa is also good for you, you have to won­der when even­tu­ally every­thing is deter­mined to be good for you. If you recall Woody Allen’s Sleeper, you’ll know what I mean.

Apple is doing some­thing smart, processor-wise, con­tin­u­ing to use Pow­erPC chips from Freescale (for­merly Motorola Semi­con­duc­tor) until the end of 2008. Fears of them run­ning out of Pow­er­PCs before the Intel tran­si­tion should go away.
