Folks in Western NY are used to going back and forth over the Canadian border with little hassle. But under a policy being considered by the federal government, taking a quick trip to Canada may soon require U.S. passport. I wonder how this will work with the new Rochester-to-Toronto fast ferry service. It’s certainly an odd time to be building such a cross-border service.
