Mitch Kapor, the co-founder of Lotus (now a part of IBM) is working on developing an open-source PIM to compete with Microsoft’s Exchange (the server behind Outlook) and Lotus Notes. He’s making sure that Mac and Linux users have equal access (no pun intended), too.
