Well. According to the Associated Press, Walter Hewlett is suing to have the recent merger between HP and Compaq overturned, claiming improprieties in the vote. I bet this would be getting even more press were it not for Enron, it’s certainly my vote for Second-Most Embarassing Business Story of 2002.
